Without limiting Seller s rights under the other provisions of this Section 9.1, if Buyer has failed to cure any material breach of any of its representations, warranties or covenants under this Agreement within fifteen days after Buyer received written notice of such breach from Seller.
Without limiting Seller s other rights and remedies for any failure of Customer to effect payment when due, Seller shall be entitled to charge Customer interest at a a rate of 8% (eight per cent) p.a. calculated on the basis of actual days elapsed and the year of 360 (three hundred and sixty) days until the date of receipt of payment by Seller.
