Common use of Without prejudice to Clause Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to Clause. 16.1 the Employer shall: (a) promptly and whenever reasonably required by the Training Provider provide such information as the ESFA may require to pay the Charges out of the Apprenticeship Service Account; and (b) authorise and direct the ESFA to make payments to the Training Provider for the Agreed Services and the assessment by the End-Point Assessment Organisation; in each case to the extent permissible under the ESFA Rules.
