Without prejudice to Clause. 19.1, each of the Paying Agents on the request of any holder of Bearer Covered Bonds shall issue voting certificates and block voting instructions in accordance with Schedule 4 to the Trust Deed and shall immediately give notice to the Issuer in writing (with a copy to the Bond Trustee) of any revocation or amendment of a block voting instruction. Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Bond Trustee shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.
