Womens Apparel. For Women’s Apparel, WR will design the Licensed Products with a minimum 2:1 ratio to the number of styles in the conceptual merchandise plan. WR will provide design sketches, measurements, fabric, trim and placement and specifications to JCP and JCP will create technical design packs. WR will reasonably adhere to JCP’s design and sourcing calendar, which JCP will provide to WR. For Licensed Products in the Women’s Apparel product category, JCP will have the right to take design responsibility for a given calendar year by giving WR six months notice prior to the beginning of the applicable calendar year.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Clothing Employees after 152 hours employment with the Company will be supplied with: i) Two sets of shorts, overalls or trousers and shirts, or any combination of clothing as agreed between the employees and the Company which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis; ii) Safety boots will be provided on commencement of employment and replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iii) A jumper, or in the case of employees engaged upon construction work, a bluey jacket, which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iv) Where ever possible ‘Australian Made’ protective clothing will be issued.

  • VOETSTOOTS The PROPERTY is sold: 8.1. Voetstoots in accordance with the Sectional Plan and the participation quota endorsed thereon with the opening of the Sectional Title Register, or as they are endorsed already, and any amendments or adjustments thereto from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Act and without any warranties express or implied, the SELLER shall not be liable for any patent or latent defects. Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.

  • Safety Footwear ‌ The Employer will determine the employees that are required to wear safety footwear as essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Those Employer- designated employees within the following classifications will receive a biennial allowance up to $200 per designated employee.
