Work Area Protection During Non-Working Times. The Company shall store its equipment/materials off of the right-of-way during non-work times. If necessary, the Company may store its equipment/materials on the right-of-way provided it is placed as close to the right-of-way line as possible and outside of the clear zone. The Company will not leave open excavations in the right-of-way during non-work times.
