Work Assignment Description. All ECFE EA staff shall be hired for a minimum of twenty (20) hours/week assignments. Scheduling of work assignments in this non-traditional program may require scheduling of staff to provide instruction in blocks of time based on programmatic needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. ECFE administration shall establish the schedule for each EA each semester.
