Common use of Work Change Orders Clause in Contracts

Work Change Orders. 1. The Commission or its Executive Director and/or his/her designee may from time to time by written order require additional work and services to be performed by the Consultant. The Consultant shall submit a proposal to include scope and level of effort for each task, in writing, to perform the requested additional work and services for review and approval, within five (5) business days after receipt of the request from the Commission or fewer if required by the Commission. Payment for this work will be made on the basis of direct professional and technical salaries (except as excluded by this Agreement or the Attachments hereto) times a multiplier for office personnel and a multiplier for field personnel, as shown in the table below, plus approved out-of-pocket expenses at actual cost and subconsultant and specialized services at actual cost.
