Work i. Permits 1. No work by any Licensee, contractor, person, or entity shall be performed within the boundaries of the County rights-of-way until a permit has been obtained from the County, as required pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Code of Arlington County, Virginia, as such chapter may be amended, reenacted, or replaced. 2. Licensee shall be required to obtain all other applicable permits required by Law. ii. Pre-Approved Contractor 1. When making the disconnection, Licensee shall procure the services of a contractor from a pre-approved list provided by the County. iii. Monitoring and Inspection 1. The County shall designate a representative to monitor and inspect the Licensee’s disconnection from the County Network. The representative shall be authorized to stop and reschedule all work.
