Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.
Compliance with Equal Benefits Ordinance With respect to the provision of employee benefits, Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance which prohibits contractors from discriminating in the provision of employee benefits between an employee with a domestic partner and an employee with a spouse.
COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 25249 7(f) Ecological agrees to comply with the reporting form requirements referenced in California Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).
Compliance with Nondiscrimination Requirements During the performance of this contract, the Contractor, for itself, its assignees, and successors in interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), agrees as follows:
Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, PFPC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund or any other entity.
Nondiscrimination - ADA Compliance Contractor agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules and regulations. Contractor also shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended by the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008 and any subsequent amendments (42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.) (Pub No. 101-336), ORS 659A, and all regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws. Contractor agrees to comply with ADA in its employment and nondiscrimination practices, and that it shall perform its contractual obligations consistent with ADA federal requirements/regulations, state disability and accessibility law and requirements, and applicable regulations and administrative rules established pursuant to those laws.
Compliance with Privacy Code The parties acknowledge that the Warrant Agent may, in the course of providing services hereunder, collect or receive financial and other personal information about such parties and/or their representatives, as individuals, or about other individuals related to the subject matter hereof, and use such information for the following purposes:
Conformance with Sample(s Submission of a sample (whether or not such sample is tested by, or for, the Commissioner) and approval thereof shall not relieve the Contractor from full compliance with all terms and conditions, performance related and otherwise, specified in the Bid Specifications. If in the judgment of the Commissioner the sample or product submitted is not in accordance with the specifications or testing requirements prescribed in the Bid Specifications, the Commissioner may reject the Bid. If an award has been made, the Commissioner may cancel the Contract at the expense of the Contractor.
GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Subject to Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment/Plot] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment/Plot], or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment/Plot] and keep the [Apartment/Plot], its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the [Apartment/Plot] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the [Apartment/Plot]. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.
Compliance with Requirements Any investment program furnished, and any activities performed, by the Manager or by a Sub-Adviser under this Section shall at all times conform to, and be in accordance with, any requirements imposed by: (1) the Act and any rules or regulations in force thereunder; (2) any other applicable laws, rules and regulations; (3) the Declaration of Trust and By-Laws of the Fund as amended from time to time; (4) any policies and determinations of the Board of Trustees of the Fund; and (5) the fundamental policies of the Fund, as reflected in its Registration Statement under the Act or as amended by the shareholders of the Fund.
