Contractor Responsibility for Deviations. The Contractor will not be relieved of responsibility for correcting deviations from the requirements of the Contract Documents by Judicial Council’s and Architect’s review of submittals unless Contractor has specifically informed Judicial Council in writing of such deviation at the time of submission of the submittal and Judicial Council has given Approval to the specific deviation. The Contractor will not be relieved of responsibility for errors or omissions in submittals by Judicial Council’s and Architect’s review or comments thereon.
