Work in Other Industries. In the event the Employers under the jurisdiction of the Local Union party hereto should contract work under the jurisdiction of another Local Union, or if employees work under another contract between the Employer and the Local Union, and the rate of pay established by such other Local Union or agreement is higher than the rate of pay prevailing in this Agreement, the higher rate of pay shall prevail for such work actually performed.
