Common use of Work in Progress Clause in Contracts

Work in Progress. Lessor, its employees and agents may inspect and observe any work while in progress or after completion to ascertain whether the work is in accordance with the specifications and requirements of this Agreement. Lessor may require Lessee to correct any faulty work. However, inspection or observation by Lessor or by its agents of work performed by Lessee or Lessee's Employees will not relieve Lessee of full responsibility for the proper performance of the work.
