Work in Progress. Upon any such early termination of the license granted hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to finish any work-in-progress and to sell any completed inventory of a Licensed Product covered by such license, which remain on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as Licensee sells such inventory in the normal course of business and at regular selling prices and pays to TSRI the royalties applicable to such subsequent sales in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, provided that no such sales shall be permitted after the expiration of six (6) months after the date of termination.
