Work Offered by the City. While an employee is receiving Worker’s Compensation benefits, he/she shall be required to perform work that is offered by the City if he/she is capable of performing that work, including limited and light duty work. If an employee refuses to perform other work offered that he/she is capable of performing, the right to supplemental pay shall be forfeited and the employee will lose regular Worker’s Compensation benefits under the Act.
