Common use of Work Orders for Emergency Response Services Clause in Contracts

Work Orders for Emergency Response Services. Either party, at its own discretion, may submit an annual Work Order for emergency response services. Any such annual Work Order shall include a plan identifying triggering emergency events and the routes on which the requesting party desires emergency response services as well as describe in detail the emergency operations requested. Unless otherwise notified by the requesting party, the performing party will conduct emergency response operations on the roads and streets identified in the plan upon the occurrence of an emergency event. Provided an annual Work Order request has been submitted by the requesting party and accepted by the performing party, individual Work Order requests will not be required to initiate the response to an emergency event.
