Common use of WORK OUTSIDE THE PLAN Clause in Contracts

WORK OUTSIDE THE PLAN. (1) In certain instances, as for example, where the plan adjoins an existing road or where municipal services must be brought from some distance to the plan or taken some distance to a suitable outfall, the schedules may include work outside of the plan and this Agreement applies to work outside of the plan which is included in the said schedules in the same manner as if that work had been within the plan.
