Work Package Leaders (WPL. Work Package Leaders will be responsible for the activities of their own work package, including coordinating partner contributions and ensuring a regular communication and reporting between the work package and the PMB. The Work Package Leaders will generate progress reports for PMB meetings, indicating the progress made in each task and the resources consumed. Progress will be reported with respect to the project working plan, and in the case of discrepancies each manager has primary responsibility for corrective actions.
