Common use of Work Patterns Clause in Contracts

Work Patterns. 8.3.1 An employee participating in phased retirement shall remain in the same work pattern as at the time of application. 8.3.2 Workload shall be assigned as per Pattern A or Pattern B as specified in Article 7.4. 8.3.3 Workload shall be assigned by consultation between the Chair and the full-time members of the academic unit, following consultation with the Xxxx.
