Common use of Work Performed by City Clause in Contracts

Wherever this Agreement requires the City to perform any work, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the City, at its sole discretion, may utilize its employees or contractors, or any combination of the two to perform such work, or to permit the Licensee to perform the work.
