Work Performed on a Holiday Falling on Scheduled Day Off. Employees who are required to work on a designated holiday, and the holiday falls on their day off, shall receive two (2) hours pay for each hour worked on the holiday. In addition, time off at the rate of one (1) hour for each hour worked will be granted within two (2) months of the designated holiday, at a time to be mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer.
