Common use of Work Plans Clause in Contracts

Work Plans. (a) In response to a TA assignment from HUD, the awardee prepares a work plan and submits it to the GTR and the GTM (or the POTAC) for approval before implementation. The work plan must accurately reflect the planned activities and overall agreement between HUD and the awardee to satisfy the needs outlined in the assignment.
