Forwarding. All grievances shall be filed at Step I. Grievances that cannot be settled or resolved at Step I shall be forwarded by the Step I administrator to Step II within ten (10) work days of receipt from the grievant(s) of the properly filed grievance. Such grievances require no other action by the Step I administrator other than forwarding to the appropriate step as called for herein and notifying the grievant(s) in writing of his/her action to forward the grievance including the date of the forwarding. All other grievances that can be settled or resolved at Step I shall be processed in accordance with the grievance procedure as applies.
Forwarding. The original confidentiality form is forwarded to the Vice President of Instruction by the Academic Senate Second Vice President.

Forwarding. Transportation and handling expenses from the warehouse to the operations - and return - shall be charged directly to the operation involved.
Forwarding. Any mail arriving after term expires along with any mail left in the mailbox will be forwarded for two months providing we have received a forwarding address. If a forwarding address has not been provided mail will be returned to the sender. It is up to the applicant to notify anyone that will be sending mail to this address of an address change promptly in either case. Only USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail are forward able. Standard mail without endorsements is considered junk mail and therefor disposed of. Packages from all other carriers such as UPS, Fed EX, OnTrac, etc. will be refused or returned through the carrier that delivered them. It is the applicant’s responsibility to make arrangements with these companies of any changes to their address.

If mail or telecopier services are interrupted by a strike, slowdown, force majeure, or any other cause, the party giving the notice shall use service which is not interrupted or it shall deliver the notice in question, the whole in a manner to ensure the receipt of the notice by the party to whom it is sent.
