WORK PRACTICES REVIEW. The parties to this Agreement recognise and endorse the principles of best practice, continuous improvement and client satisfaction. It is therefore agreed that the parties will develop and undertake a program for the revision of work practices as follows: a) All existing work practices will be reviewed with the full participation of employees with the objective of practices being adopted which fully utilize the skills and experience of employees, and which are efficient and effective. b) The process of review will have the fullest possible participation of employees, and will be monitored by the Consultative Committee where one is established. c) Provision will be made for such training of employees as is necessary for them to adapt to new practices.
