Work Required For Limited Operations. In accordance with the results of this analysis and Section 5.9 of this Agreement, the Parties have agreed that the Large Generating Facility can operate under limited operations from its Commercial Operation Date until the end date of limited operations set forth in Appendix B (“Limited Operations End Date”), which end date may only be extended with the mutual agreement of all Parties. The Developer will perform the following work in connection with its limited operations (the “Limited Operations Work”):
