WORK RULES AND STANDARDS. 7.01 It is mutually agreed that the regulations set forth in the DISTRICT’S rulebooks and manuals, with such additions or alterations as are made by the DISTRICT from time to time, are necessary for the efficient operations, and that willful infraction of these rules will constitute just cause for discharge or other disciplinary action.
