Work Safe Training Requirement. The Company agrees to pay the fees and the regular hourly rate for up to six (6) Union Health and Safety Representative(s) per year to attend the Work Safe course (i.e. eight (8) hour course), and to ensure that the course is delivered by a WCB accredited instructor.
