Guest Services. 20.04 A part time employee who becomes full time shall be placed on the full time seniority list with a seniority date that is identical to the date on which he/she became a full time employee. A full time employee who reverts to part time shall have a seniority date that is identical to their full time seniority date, or their former part time seniority date, whichever is greater.
20.05 Errors made to the seniority list during its compilation shall be corrected by the Local Representative and the Human Resources Department within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of posting. If no error is reported after two (2) consecutive postings without correction, the seniority date shall become permanent.
20.06 The name of an employee who has been or is appointed from a bargaining unit position to employment in an excepted position shall be retained on the seniority list from which he/she was appointed and such employees shall continue to accumulate seniority for a period of three (3) months. This privilege is accorded once a year per individual. The restrictions stated in the above paragraph will not apply in the following replacement cases: maternity and/or parental leave, sick leave or absence due to an accident.
20.07 An employee so promoted, when released, may within five (5) working days from such a release from an excepted position, return to his/her former position provided his/her position is not occupied by a senior employee. He/she may alternatively exercise his/her seniority right to any position in his/her Department which he/she is qualified to fill and which was bulletined during the time he/she occupied such an excepted position. Such employee shall also have the right to return to this former Department if he/she so desires during the six (6) month period in which he/she was promoted provided he/she serves a thirty (30) day notice in writing to the Director, Human Resources or his/her representative not later than six (6) months from the date of his/her promotion, after which time his/her name shall be removed from the seniority list.
20.08 When reducing forces through lay-off or abolishment of a position, senior qualified employees will be permitted to exercise their seniority in accordance with the terms of this Article. Any full-time employee will be considered as senior to any part- time employee within their respective Department.

Guest Services one (1) Supervisor 2 to four (4) Supervisor 1’s in each classification. In addition to the Supervisor 2 positions that may be created in Slots and Guest Services (as above), the Employer may create one (1) Floating Supervisor 2 position to cover both Slots and Guest Services combined. Should the number of Supervisor 1’s not be divisible in a classification, the ratio may be rounded up by adding one Supervisor 2 to ensure the ratio does not fall below the said maximums for that classification. Employees in the Supervisor 2 classification are permitted to carry out the same work and duties as Supervisors 1 in their applicable Department.

This space will include room for a cot, hand sink, lockable cabinets, under counter icemaker, under counter refrigerator, small storage closet and a unisex toilet room. This room will be readily identifiable by spectators, and will be located close to an elevator for access to ambulance parking at the service level or have direct access to the street level. DRAFT Guest Service desks will be distributed around the facility, located to provide maximum access to guests. These desks are provided to collect lost and found items, answer questions, and administer the Assistive Listening Device program.

Guest Services. Manager agrees to maintain a hospitality department to provide information and coordinate services for the benefit of Owner and Owner's Guests as provided in this Agreement. Manager may provide such services through Manager's own staff and/or in conjunction with one or more owners’ associations or independent contractor(s).
Guest Services. Management is authorized to provide all Guests resort services deemed suitable and necessary by management for Guest's vacation enjoyment. These may include, but shall not be limited to: room, valet, mail, laundry, business center, dock tending, babysitting and other services , Guest orientation information, professional guided fishing excursions, dock slips, watercraft rentals, land and water taxi, river cruises, bike or scooter rentals, sightseeing and eco tours, Management may affix a charge to Guests for any or all of these services for the benefit of Management Operation.

Franchisee also agrees to participate in all customer surveys and guest satisfaction audits and offer all guest services, which may include complimentary services, as Franchisor may prescribe for Wyndham Hotels including, without limitation, programs and services for senior citizens, children and frequent guests. Additionally, Franchisee shall participate in travel agent programs, any complaint resolution and other programs as Franchisor may reasonably establish for the System, which programs may include, without limitation, providing complimentary rooms or refunds to guests.
