Work Schedule Progress. JOC acknowledges that its failure to comply with the requirements under this Article VIII shall be grounds for City’s determination that JOC is not prosecuting the Work with sufficient diligence to ensure timely completion of the accepted issued Job Order. Upon making such a determination, City may terminate JOC’s right to proceed with the accepted issued Job Order Work or any portion thereof, according to the terms of this Agreement.
