Common use of Work Schedules; Job Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Work Schedules; Job Responsibilities. The Employer shall provide a job description for each unit member and inform each unit member of his or her work schedule and job responsibilities, and may require unit members to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. If significant or ongoing new responsibilities are added to the unit member’s job duties, the unit member shall be so advised with as much advance notice as is practical and will meet to discuss any realignment or adjustment of existing priorities. The assignment of work schedules and job responsibilities are non- grievable matters.
