Working Schedules. SECTION 1: All employees shall be scheduled to work on a regular shift and each work shift shall have a regular starting and quitting time. Changing of individual work schedules shall be accomplished by mutual consent with the Union. The above shall be subject to the exceptions listed below:
Working Schedules. The Employer agrees to arrange and post a weekly schedule of working hours specifying starting and finishing times and days off. This schedule shall include the full first and last names of the employees. A twenty-four (24) hour notice of any change in such schedules shall be given by the Employer except that changes in days off will be posted no later than early the preceding Saturday morning and except further that when an employee's day or days off is Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, any change in such days off must be made not later than early Wednesday morning of the preceding week.
Working Schedules. The Employer will post and publish master schedules for all employees. The Employer shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice when changing the master schedule. Once posted, the schedule shall not be changed except by mutual agreement between the Supervisor and the employees affected. The Employer shall provide not less than forty- eight (48) hours’ notice of a change in a shift schedule; however, the parties agree that this provision will not apply in the case of an emergency. It is the responsibility of the employee to check posted schedules and record the shifts for which they are responsible. The following conditions shall apply to scheduling:
Working Schedules. 12.1 (a) The normal working day for all high school, early high school, and junior high teachers shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes. The normal working day for elementary school teachers shall be seven (7) hours and ten (10) minutes. The normal day shall include a lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes.
Working Schedules. The hours and days of work of each employee, except casual employees, shall be posted at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Once posted the schedule shall not be changed with respect to an employee without notice to the employee, unless the Employer and the employee agree to waive the notice.

Working Schedules. Except where an off-standard work week is established by the Company, the following are the working hours of the various shifts. The Company may operate these different shift schedules simultaneously within the Plant or any department. Working Schedules. The number of working hours for all hourly food service employees will be determined by the School Lunch Director. Cooks will work the teachers’ calendar plus two days. Cooks may be required to attend up to five (5) meetings each year, after school hours, for a duration of no more than one (1) hour each, without additional compensation. Should Cooks be required by the School Lunch Director to attend such meetings, and if those meetings last more than one (1) hour each, they shall be compensated for the additional time.
