Common use of Work Standard Clause in Contracts

Work Standard. Executive hereby agrees that he shall at all times comply with and abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and all applicable work policies, procedures and rules as may be issued by the Company. Executive also agrees that he shall comply with all federal, state and local statutes, regulations and public ordinances governing the performance of his duties hereunder.

Work Standard. Executive also agrees that he Company from time to time, and shall strive to comply with all federal, state and local statutes, regulations and public ordinances governing applicable to the performance of his duties hereunder.

During the Term, Executive hereby agrees that he shall at all times comply with and abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and all reasonable and applicable work policies, procedures and rules as may be issued by the Company. Executive also agrees that he shall use his best efforts to comply with all federal, state and local statutes, regulations and public ordinances governing the performance of his duties hereunder.

Work Standard. Executive hereby agrees that he shall at all times comply with and abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and all applicable work policies, the Company's Statement of Principles as in effect from time to time (a copy of such Statement of Principles as in effect on the Effective Date is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is hereby incorporated herein by reference), procedures and rules as may be issued by the Company.
