Common use of WORK TO BE DONE Clause in Contracts

WORK TO BE DONE. In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 22372 dated March 6, 2012, OWNER shall relocate, remove or abandon its facilities. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plan No. 5516F dated March 30 2011 consisting of 15 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation at at 000 X. 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000-0000. Deviations from the OWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the COUNTY or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a Revised Notice to Owner. Such Revised Notices to Owner, approved by the COUNTY and agreed to/acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the OWNER’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. No work under said deviation shall commence prior to written execution by the OWNER of the Revised Notice to Owner. Changes in the scope of the work will require an amendment to this Agreement in addition to the revised Notice to Owner.

WORK TO BE DONE. In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 22372 2707.1L dated March 6, 201206/08/2017, OWNER shall relocate, remove or abandon its facilitiesand relocate existing PG&E power poles in conflict and relocate the existing PG&E electric overhead facilities connected to those poles. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plan No. 5516F No 31277687 dated March 30 2011 05/05/2017 consisting of 15 sheets1 sheet, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation at at 000 X. 0xx X Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000-0000. Deviations from the OWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the COUNTY STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a Revised Notice to Owner. Such Revised Notices to Owner, approved by the COUNTY STATE and agreed to/acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the OWNER’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plan No. 5516F Plans U-1 thru U-6, dated March 30 2011 05/17/2017 consisting of 15 6 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation at at 000 X. 0xx X Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000-0000. Deviations from the OWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the COUNTY STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a Revised Notice to Owner. Such Revised Notices to Owner, approved by the COUNTY STATE and agreed to/acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the OWNER’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 22372 7UA-13170 dated March 6October 5, 20122015, OWNER shall relocate, remove or abandon its facilitiesrelocate the referenced facilities that are in conflict with the proposed widening of Route 138. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plan No. 5516F Plans Noted within the Community of Pearblossom, relocation plans and Engineer’s estimate, dated March 30 2011 23, 2016, consisting of 15 13 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation at at Transportation, 000 X. 0xx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000-0000. Deviations from the OWNEROwner’s plan described above initiated by either the COUNTY STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a Revised revised Notice to Owner. Such Revised revised Notices to Owner, approved by the COUNTY STATE and agreed to/acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the OWNEROwner’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. No work under said deviation shall commence prior to written execution receipt by the OWNER of the Revised revised Notice to Owner.
