Common use of WORK TO BE DONE Clause in Contracts

WORK TO BE DONE. In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 7UA-13170 dated October 5, 2015, OWNER shall relocate the referenced facilities that are in conflict with the proposed widening of Route 138. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plans Noted within the Community of Pearblossom, relocation plans and Engineer’s estimate, dated March 23, 2016, consisting of 13 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation, 000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000. Deviations from the Owner’s plan described above initiated by either the STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a revised Notice to Owner. Such revised Notices to Owner, approved by the STATE and acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the Owner’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. No work under said deviation shall commence prior to receipt by the OWNER of the revised Notice to Owner. Changes in the Scope of Work will require an amendment to this Agreement in addition to any revised Notice to Owner.

WORK TO BE DONE. In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 7UA-13170 2707.1L dated October 5, 201506/08/2017, OWNER shall remove and relocate existing PG&E power poles in conflict and relocate the referenced existing PG&E electric overhead facilities that are in conflict with the proposed widening of Route 138connected to those poles. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plans Noted within the Community of Pearblossom, relocation plans and Engineer’s estimate, Plan No 31277687 dated March 23, 2016, 05/05/2017 consisting of 13 sheets1 sheet, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation, Transportation at 000 Xxxxx Xxxx X Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000. Deviations from the OwnerOWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a revised Revised Notice to Owner. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plans Noted within the Community of Pearblossom, relocation plans and Engineer’s estimate, Plan No. 5516F dated March 23, 2016, 30 2011 consisting of 13 15 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation, Transportation at at 000 Xxxxx Xxxx X. 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000-0000. Deviations from the OwnerOWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the STATE COUNTY or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a revised Revised Notice to Owner. Such revised Revised Notices to Owner, approved by the STATE COUNTY and agreed to/acknowledged by the OWNER, will constitute an approved revision of the OwnerOWNER’s plan described above and are hereby made a part hereof. No work under said deviation shall commence prior to receipt written execution by the OWNER of the revised Revised Notice to Owner. Changes in the Scope scope of Work the work will require an amendment to this Agreement in addition to any the revised Notice to Owner.

In accordance with Notice to Owner No. 7UA-13170 2707.3L dated October 5, 201506/08/2017, OWNER shall relocate the referenced facilities that are in conflict with the proposed widening of Route 138existing telephone facilities. All work shall be performed substantially in accordance with OWNER’s Plans Noted within the Community of Pearblossom, relocation plans and Engineer’s estimateU-1 thru U-6, dated March 23, 2016, 05/17/2017 consisting of 13 6 sheets, a copy of which is on file in the District office of the Department of Transportation, Transportation at 000 Xxxxx Xxxx X Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XX 00000. Deviations from the OwnerOWNER’s plan described above initiated by either the STATE or the OWNER, shall be agreed upon by both parties hereto under a revised Revised Notice to Owner.
