Common use of Work to be Performed by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Work to be Performed by Tenant. Tenant shall perform, at its sole cost and expense, the Tenant Improvements to the Additional Premises and such other premises as described below in accordance with the terms and provisions contained in Exhibit C hereto and shall reimburse Archemix as described in Section 5(iii) below. Such Tenant Improvements shall include, in addition to any other work described on the plans submitted for Landlord approval pursuant to Exhibit C, the following Tenant Improvements necessary to demise the Additional Premises to Tenant (the “Demising Work”), which Demising Work shall be completed by Tenant on or before the date that Tenant occupies the Additional Premises for the conduct of its business pursuant to this Second Amendment, or such earlier date as may be set forth below:
