Common use of Work with Pesticides and Herbicides Clause in Contracts

Work with Pesticides and Herbicides. Employees applying pesticides will receive an allowance of three dollars and twenty-three cents ($3.23) per hour while performing these functions. When this clause is in effect, the dirty work premium as per Article 25.07 will not apply.
