Workers’ Compensation Access. Employees who will receive time loss compensation under MultiCare’s Worker’s Compensation program may supplement their time loss payments by accessing limited accruals, up to the amount of the employees pay for the hours the employee would have worked had the employee been available to work. The employee may choose to use either PTO or EIT to supplement time loss payments.
