Workers’ Compensation Acts not Limiting. Contractor’s indemnifications and obligations under this Section 10, or any other provision of this Agreement, shall not be limited by the provisions of any workers’ compensation act or similar act. Contractor expressly waives its statutory immunity under such statutes or laws as to City, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers.
