Common use of Worker’s Compensation and Employment Claims Clause in Contracts

Worker’s Compensation and Employment Claims. 5.1 CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify FOUNDATION of any injury and/or Workers’ Compensation Claims related to a SWD. 5.2 CONTRACTOR shall promptly report to FOUNDATION any claims of harassment, discrimination, and/or claims of any violation of law governing the SWD’s employment, including allegations or reports of any irregularities or discrepancies by SWD. 5.3 CONTRACTOR shall notify the FOUNDATION if a SWD will be allowed to operate any motor vehicle or heavy equipment at any time as part of his/her work/training activities. CONTRACTOR must secure FOUNDATION’s written approval prior to SWD’s use of motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
