Workers’ Compensation. Subd. 1. Upon the request of an employee who is absent from work as a result of a compensable injury under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act, the School District will pay the difference between the compensation received pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act by the employee and the employee's regular rate of pay to the extent of the employee's earned accrual of sick leave.
