Workforce Investment Board. The WIB shares responsibility with the Policy Board for overseeing funding and policy development under WIA. The WIB is particularly focused on identifying labor market needs in the San Diego region and developing effective and innovative workforce solutions. The WIB has the responsibility to oversee and evaluate the Insert Type of Agreement Contract.
