Working Files. The University will not maintain records regarding employee activities or performance separate from the employee’s official personnel file after the completion of the employee’s performance evaluation.
Working Files. Principal's working files shall be purged at the end of each school year or no later than June 30.
Working Files. Supervisors may keep a working file, but records of previous discipline counseling and performance evaluations not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding.
Working Files. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent or restrict immediate administrators from maintaining individual working files which shall be deemed personal to the administrators as part of their work product.

Working Files. 16.4.1 The District will not base any negative evaluation or discipline on materials contained in a supervisor’s casual working file that has not also be entered into the employee’s personnel file prior to taking the actions.
Working Files. Working files in the school shall be reviewed from time to time by the Principal with the teacher. Upon request, a teacher may seek to review the working file for that teacher annually. A teacher is entitled to receive a copy of any documentation placed in his/her file that contains information that may be detrimental to the teacher.
