Working in a Classification outside the Bargaining Unit. An employee provisionally appointed to a classification outside the bargaining unit shall work the work schedule and receive the salary of the classification of the provisional appointment. If assigned in excess of 30 days, the employee shall be subject to the overtime provisions that apply to the higher-level classification. All the health and welfare benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment set forth in this agreement shall apply to an employee provisionally appointed to a classification outside the bargaining unit.
