WORKING RULES AND CONDITIONS. SEC. 8.01. All regular employees shall receive full time employment provided they report in condition to perform their work. SEC. 8.02. Employees shall not be compelled to work under severe weather conditions unless an emergency exists. All meters shall be read in accordance with the schedules established by the Company except when weather conditions, in the judgment of the Company, are of such severity as to prevent reading of meters.
