Workload Complaint Form. The Central Bargaining Committees for the Ontario Hospital Association and the Canadian Union of Public Employees will establish a joint working group to develop a workload complaint form for Registered Practical Nurses. This committee will meet within thirty (30) days of ratification and complete its work within ninety (90) days of ratification.
