Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. Lessee agrees to maintain workmen's compensation insurance covering all persons employed in connection with any work performed by Lessee, and any and all agents or employees of Lessee with respect to whom death or bodily injury claims could be asserted against Lessor or Lessee as required by applicable law.
