WORKPLACE ACT OF 1998. Subrecipient shall maintain a drug-free workplace in accordance with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1998 and in accordance with requirements of 24 CFR Part 24 Subpart F; iii. Subrecipient shall also comply with the provisions of 24 CFR 84.42 and/or 85.36(b)(3), which require that a written Code of Standards of Conduct be maintained by the Subrecipient, as it relates to the performance of employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts.
