Workplace Safety & Health. 27.1 The Contractor agrees that it will, in the performance of the Services comply with all relevant laws in relation to health and safety including without limitation the Workplace Safety and Health Act, including submitting risk assessment documentation to the Institution before commencement of the Agreement.
