WORKS PROGRAMME. (1) The Works Programme shall detail the full scope of the works taking into account the complex nature and different phases of the contract, and shall be accompanied by detailed supporting information to demonstrate through the sequence and duration of the activities that the plans are achievable and realistic and that the works to be undertaken can meet the requirements of the contract. (2) The Works Programme shall be a computerised Critical Path Method (CPM) network developed using the Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) and shall be present in bar chart and time-scaled network diagram format to a weekly or monthly time scale. (3) Tasks in the Works Programme shall be sufficiently detailed to describe activities and events that include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Key Dates, Works Areas Access Dates, and handover dates. (b) All physical work to be undertaken in the performance of the Contract obligations, including Temporary Works. (c) the requested date for issue of any drawings or information by the Engineer. (d) Incorporation of principal aspects of the Design Programme and Design Submission Programme, including achievement of Preliminary Design, Definitive design and Construction Reference Drawings. (e) Due time allowance for review by the Engineer of the Contractor’s submissions, as well as the subsequent amendment and re-submission by the Contractor in the design review and comment process,
WORKS PROGRAMME. (1) The Key Dates are defined in, Schedule – G, Project Construction Schedule (2) The Contractor shall prepare and submit its Works Programme and three month rolling programmes and the detailed requirements contained in Authority’s Requirements, Appendix 1 and 2 of Part A of this Schedule. (3) In compiling its Works Programme and in all subsequent updating and reporting, the Contractor shall make provision for the time required for co-ordinating and completing the design, testing, commissioning and integrated testing of the Works, including, inter alia, design co-ordination periods during which the Contractor shall the review procedures, determining and complying with the requirements of all Government Departments and all others whose consent, permissions, authority or licence is required prior to the execution of any work. (4) The Works Programme shall take full account of the Design Submission Programme.
WORKS PROGRAMME. 19.2.1 The Works programme submitted has been prepared in accordance with Good Industry Practice and is in sufficient detail to enable the Municipality Representative to monitor the progress of the Works and shall be revised by the Private Party whenever the previous Works Programme is inconsistent with actual progress. 19.2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the risk in completing the Project in terms of the Works programme remains with the exclusively with the Private Party.

(5) The Employer and the Engineer shall designate a maximum five numbers of their computers for installation, by the Contractor, of software programmes that the Contractor intends to use for the design, programming, production of drawings, etc. All software shall be originals and licensed by the manufacturer and issued and installed at the Contractor’s cost.
WORKS PROGRAMME. The Contractor shall submit a works programme and carry out the works accordingly. At the request of the Contractor, the programme may be varied with the approval of the Superintendent. Should the Contractor fail to carry out the works accordingly, the Principal shall without prejudice to any other rights granted by Clause 44 of the General Conditions: (a) Suspend payment under the Contract, or (b) Take the work remaining to be completed wholly or partly out of the hands of the Contractor or of any other person in whose hand or possession the works or any part of it may be, or (c) Determine the Contract, and Sub-clause 44.4 and 44.6 of the General Conditions of Contract shall apply in any such event as if the action taken by the Principal has been taken under Clause 44.5 of the General Conditions.
WORKS PROGRAMME. (1) As soon as is reasonably practicable following the issue of the Development Approval, the Shire shall submit to BDCC a Works Programme. (2) The Works Programme shall be a detailed programme of the steps and actions required to complete the Project by the Project Completion Date.
WORKS PROGRAMME. Such activities as fibre optic cable pulling; splicing, termination and testing shall be carried out under constant follow-up of Mauritius Telecom. The Contractor shall be required to carry out these activities during normal Mauritius Telecom working hours, that is, from 7.30 am to 4.30 p.m. Only in emergency situation shall Mauritius Telecom or his representative allow work to proceed after the normal working hours, on Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday in which case the Contractor shall be charged for the cost of supervision and inspection at the applicable overtime rate to be deducted from the works claim. After receipt of each order, the Contractor shall submit within one week a time schedule; indicating clearly the starting and completion dates for the implementation of the works. The combined time schedule for all work orders issued shall constitute the Implementation Plan. The scheduling of the works shall satisfy the following:  In terms of completed works, the minimum requirement for a distribution duct route is an average of 400 metres and for a main duct route an average of 200 metres of backfilled trench per week, inclusive of interim restoration, pole erection and manhole construction (excluding temporary reinstatement). Final reinstatement work, whether on pavement or roadway shall be carried out as per specifications.  The minimum cable length to be laid per day is 1000m.  In case the contract is not split, the contractor must deliver a minimum number of projects per month as agreed with MT.  For urgent and important works, the implementation schedule shall be agreed with Mauritius Telecom.  Non-submission of a time schedule shall be considered, as a serious breach of contract and Mauritius Telecom shall be entitled to terminate the contract.  The last order will be submitted at latest one month before the end of the contract.  The works programme shall conform to the contract specifications. The first orders will be handed over to the successful Tenderer within one week from the contract effective date.  Works on site shall start at most two weeks after the award of the contract. Mauritius Telecom shall forward all orders together with the project details and related basic drawings to the Contractor’s registered address or collected by the contractor at Mauritius Telecom Tower, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street Port Louis.
WORKS PROGRAMME. Include a Programme of Works, in a clear and concise format, which provides necessary details to illustrate the sequencing of all important items of work elements. This programme must include the proposed start and completion dates for each phase of the activity - taking into account the nature and extent of the infestation, and if applicable, suitable weather windows and/or any other constraints.
