Common use of Works Report Clause in Contracts

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler Representative and the Independent Certifier a works report (each, a “Works Report”), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.2, a LEED progress report; (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to Xxxxx, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/revised Works Schedule.

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler Representative WGH Representative, the Architect of Record and the Independent Certifier a works report (each, a “"Works Report”"), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule Schedule, in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.223.3, a LEED progress report;; and (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 36 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to XxxxxWGH, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, the continuity of the critical path method network must be maintained for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, . (b) Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting shall use, and shall ensure that the updated/revised Works ScheduleConstruction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by WGH.

Works Report. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/updated or revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by HMQ.

For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by WCH.

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler SJHC Representative and the Independent Certifier a separate works report for each of the RMHC, London Facility and the RMHC, St. Xxxxxx Facility (each, a “Works Report”), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule Schedule, in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.222.3, a LEED progress report;; and (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to XxxxxSJHC, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/updated or revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by SJHC.

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler MHCP Representative and the Independent Certifier a works report (each, a “Works Report”), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule Schedule, in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.222.3, a LEED progress report;; and (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to XxxxxMHCP, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/updated or revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by MHCP.

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler HRRH Representative and the Independent Certifier a works report (each, a “Works Report”), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule Schedule, in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.2, a LEED progress report;; and (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to XxxxxHRRH, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by HRRH.

Works Report. (a) Project Co shall continuously monitor the progress of the Works in relation to the Works Schedule and, within 15 Business Days following the end of each calendar month from Financial Close until the Final Completion Date, Project Co shall provide to the Osler CAMH Representative and the Independent Certifier a works report (each, a “Works Report”), which will include: (i) an executive summary describing the general status of the Works and progress made over the relevant month; (ii) an updated Works Schedule Schedule, in both summary and detailed formats; (iii) a narrative description of any Disputes related to the Works, including any action that has taken place over the relevant month to resolve such Disputes; (iv) in accordance with Section 22.222.3, a LEED progress report;; and (v) an update on those matters set out in Schedule 34 – Works Report Requirements; (vi) a table setting out and responding to items of Project Agreement non-compliance and deficiencies in ongoing Works as identified by Xxxxx and/or Project Co; and (vii) any other information specifically requested by Xxxxx on the progress of the Works, all in form and substance satisfactory to XxxxxCAMH, acting reasonably. For greater certainty, for all updates and revisions to the Works Schedule, Project Co must provide a revised critical path reflecting the updated/updated or revised Works Schedule. (b) Project Co shall use, and shall ensure that the Construction Contractor uses, the project management software system specified by CAMH.
