Common use of Works Submittals Clause in Contracts

Works Submittals. (a) Any and all items, documents and anything else required or specified by this Project Agreement in respect of the Works to be submitted to, reviewed or otherwise processed by Contracting Authority prior to Substantial Completion, including any and all subsequent revisions, amendments and changes thereto, shall be subject to review by Contracting Authority pursuant to Schedule 10 – Review Procedure.

Works Submittals. (a) Any and all items, documents and anything else required or specified by this Project Agreement in respect of the Works to be submitted to, reviewed or otherwise processed by Contracting Authority the CTC prior to Substantial Completion, including any and all subsequent revisions, amendments and changes thereto, shall be subject to review by Contracting Authority the CTC pursuant to Schedule 10 – Review Procedure.

The first document to be submitted by Project Co for review by Contracting Authority pursuant to Schedule 10 – Review Procedure shall be the draft document control and security protocol described in Section 42.5(f).
