WORLDWIDE HULL WAR AND ALLIED PERILS being such risks excluded from the Hull All Risks Policy (mentioned in (a) above) (such insurance to be in the respective amounts not less than the values required by clause (a) above per occurrence and to cover the perils of (i) war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, martial law, military or usurped power or attempts at usurpation of power, (ii) strikes, riots, civil commotions or labor disturbances, (iii) any act of one or more persons, whether or not agents of a sovereign power, for political or terrorist purposes and whether the loss or damage resulting therefrom is accidental or intentional, (iv) any malicious act or act of sabotage, (v) confiscation, nationalization, seizure, restraint, detention, appropriation, requisition for title or use by or under the order of any government (whether civil, military or de facto) or public or local authority, and (vi) hijacking, or any unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of the Aircraft or crew in flight (including any attempt at such seizure or control) made by any person or persons on board the Aircraft acting without the consent of the insured).

  • Officer and Director Liability Insurance The Company shall, from time to time, make the good faith determination whether or not it is practicable for the Company to obtain and maintain a policy or policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies providing the officers and directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts, or to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. Among other considerations, the Company will weigh the costs of obtaining such insurance coverage against the protection afforded by such coverage. In all policies of director and officer liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide Indemnitee the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors, if Indemnitee is a director; or of the Company’s officers, if Indemnitee is not a director of the Company but is an officer; or of the Company’s key employees, if Indemnitee is not an officer or director but is a key employee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall have no obligation to obtain or maintain such insurance if the Company determines in good faith that such insurance is not reasonably available, if the premium costs for such insurance are disproportionate to the amount of coverage provided, if the coverage provided by such insurance is limited by exclusions so as to provide an insufficient benefit, or if Indemnitee is covered by similar insurance maintained by a parent or subsidiary of the Company.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance Comprehensive automobile liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, $500,000 per person and $100,000 property damage or a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for both Tenant-owned and leased vehicles.

  • General Business Insurance To maintain insurance as is usual for the business it is in.

  • Automobile Liability (a) Lessee and/or Owner shall obtain Automobile Liability insuring against third party liability claims arising from the use of Lessee owned automobiles, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 each accident. Such coverage shall include the Operator as Additional Insured as respects liability arising from the use of such automobiles in connection with the Hotel and operations incidental thereto.   • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall comply with Applicable Law with respect to workers’ compensation requirements and other similar requirements where the Work is performed and shall procure and maintain workers’ compensation and employer’s liability policies in accordance with Applicable Law and the requirements of this Agreement. These policies shall include coverage for all states and other applicable jurisdictions, voluntary compensation coverage, and occupational disease. If the Work is to be performed on or near navigable waters, the policies shall include coverage for United States Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Act, Death on the High Seas Act, the Xxxxx Act, the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, and other Applicable Law regarding maritime law. A maritime employer’s liability policy may be used to satisfy applicable parts of this requirement with respect to Work performed on or near navigable waters. If Contractor is not required by Applicable Law to carry workers’ compensation insurance, then Contractor shall provide the types and amounts of insurance which are mutually agreeable to the Parties. Limits: Workers’ Compensation: Statutory Employer’s Liability: U.S.$1,000,000 each accident, U.S.$1,000,000 disease each employee and U.S.$1,000,000 disease policy limit

  • Public Liability Insurance Tenant shall during the term hereof keep in full force and effect at its expense a policy or policies of public liability insurance with respect to the Premises and the business of Tenant, on terms and with companies approved in writing by Landlord, in which both Tenant and Landlord shall be covered by being named as insured parties under reasonable limits of liability not less than $1,000,000, or such greater coverage as Landlord may reasonably require, combined single limit coverage for injury or death. Such policy or policies shall provide that thirty (30) days' written notice must be given to Landlord prior to cancellation thereof. Tenant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to Landlord at the time this Lease is executed that such coverage is in full force and effect.

  • Hazard and Liability Insurance The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Director and Officer Insurance As of the Closing, the Company will have obtained director and officer insurance in an aggregate coverage amount of not less than $5,000,000, to be effective as of the Closing, under a form of insurance policy that is reasonably acceptable to the Underwriter.
